Josh Powell, the club announced Thursday. Terms of the deal were not
disclosed.
Powell comes to the Lakers from the other Los Angeles franchise, as he
averaged 5.5 points and 5.2 rebounds in 64 games -- 25 starts -- last season
with the Clippers.
In three NBA seasons with Dallas, Indiana, Golden State and the Clippers,
Powell has career averages of 4.2 points and 3.6 rebounds over 138 games.
